Even  Mom Can Learn Self Defense with Krav Maga

Created by Imi Lichtenfeld, who lived from 1910 to 1998, Krav Maga is both hand to hand combat training as well as fitness training that has been used for many years. Initially Krav Maga was used to train the Israeli forces; however, later on it was also taught to the civilians in Israel as well. Thankfully, in the 1980’s this form of martial arts began to spread throughout the world and now has quite a presence in the United States. While it was, and still is, used to train Israeli soldiers, and it is used to train Special Forces in the U.S. as well as law enforcement offices, this is also a form of self defense that is great for the common person as well. Even a mom with kids can learn self defense with Krav Maga.
